Valley View Medical Billing’s turn around time for claim submissions is 24 hours from the receive date of new charges. Once the charges are entered and processed for payment an electronic remittance advice is received for posting. This allows for more accurate and timely posting to ensure the accounts receivable remains as accurate as possible. The client is responsible for transferring data to our office for any explanation of benefits received from the insurance company or patient payments. Once this data is received payments are posted to update account balances and reflect accurate accounting on patient ledgers.
